Stone Plus (India) Pvt. Ltd. was founded by Rajul Singhal under the patronage and guidance of his father Mr. S.K. Singhal in 1995 in New Delhi, India.

Rajul's career of over four decades has been in the marble industry with long stints in overseas locations in the U.K., Italy and Saudi Arabia.

Stone Plus (India)Pvt Ltd, now popularly called Stone Plus ,  started its journey in 1995, supplying imported marble slabs to big prestigious projects like 5 Star Hotels, High end Homes and Farm houses. Soon the need was felt to diversify the portfolio and we started experimenting with a modern twist to the existing Pietra Dura/ Pachekari tradition and developed it into a full grown Handicraft industry.

The art of marble inlay, Pachekari- in India, Pietra Durra- in Italy is centuries old and has been a major source of fascination. Its craftsmen have carried the tradition from generation to generation with very few new entrants, leading to a sharp decline in the development of this unique art form.

It is the painstaking efforts of companies such as ours that has seen a major revival in demand for inlay work. A new range of inlaid Floor Medallions , Borders and Tabletops were designed and introduced and became an instant hit with Discerning Clients.  

In its journey Stone Plus has worked with nearly all major architects and Interior Designers not just in Delhi NCR , but Pan India including 2 and 3 tier cities and Hill Stations.

A natural growth saw the introduction of Semi Precious stones like Agates ,Rose Quartz , White and Smoky Quartz , Aventurines, Amethyst , Tiger Eye , Lapis Lazuli, Malachite , Pyrites , Petrified Wood , Selenite etc. which are made into slabs for multiple uses.

Our loving clients after giving lots of appreciation started asking for more and on their suggestion we started another Company “OPULENT HOMES” and started manufacturing Home Décor accessories under this Brand.

We started making products like , Tissue Boxes, Trays, Dustbins/planters, Coasters, Platters, serving Trays, Vanity Trays, Cutting Boards, Serving Platters, Chest Of Drawers, Tealights, Candle Holders, Bird Bath, Bowls, Tableware, Photo Frames, Mirror Frames, Flower Vases, Bath Sets - Soap/lotion Dispensers, Toothbrush Holders, Soap Dish Etc. These are made using materials lie Mother Of Pearl ( All Varieties), Marble, Stone, Up cycled Coconut Shell, Taadiwood, Bamboo, Resin, Gemstones etc.

 Ritish Singhal joined the Company as Director in 2011, He brought new ideas, new dimensions, new way of working in the Company. He Introduced a new Furniture range including Center tables , Side Tables, Consoles etc.
